Production Process

After sharing your design requirements with our design team, we will promptly begin sourcing the necessary pieces. Typically, we provide two to three options for each piece. Once the final selections are made and approved, we create a purchase proposal for you to sign and pay for the items. Since your items will likely come from different factories, we coordinate shipping from a central warehouse to reduce costs. Additionally, we handle multiple payments to the factories to minimize the number of payments you need to make. Throughout the production process, we track each item and keep you informed of its progress. Once all items are completed, we will arrange to ship them to you. We will maintain open communication with you during this entire process.


Arrival Process

After your furniture has arrived at your designated port, our logistics agents will reach out to you to coordinate the delivery of your products to either your warehouse or project site. From there, all you need to do is unpack and place your items in the desired location.
